  • 2 boxes Flako corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 c. jalapeno peppers
  • 3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 medium onion

Directions

    Mix muffin mix according to directions.

    Add other ingredients.

    Pour mixture into greased pan or muffin pan and bake in oven preheated to 375° for 25 minutes or until done.

    Test with toothpick by sticking it in center of bread.

    Serves approximately 8.
