- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil or 1 stick butter
- 1 egg
- 1 to 2 pods green pepper, cut into pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small can creamed or kernel corn
- 1 c. cheese, grated
Directions

1Mix ingredients (except cheese).

2Pour half of mixture into hot greased skillet.

3Grate 1 cup cheese over this and add rest of mixture.

4Cook at 350° until lightly browned.
