  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • 1 can cream-style corn
