  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1/2 large sweet pepper, chopped
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 3 large jalapeno peppers
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Mix all except cheese.

    Pour half of batter into greased and floured pan.
