Mexican Cornbread Casserole

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Martha White Mexican cornbread mix with jalapeno
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large can creamed corn
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 lb. ground beef

Directions

    Brown ground beef; drain well.

    Mix all other ingredients.

    Put 1/2 ground beef in bottom of 8-inch square baking dish.

    Put 1/2 above mixture over it.

    Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese. Repeat with second layer.

    Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 350° until cornbread mixture is done.
