- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Martha White Mexican cornbread mix with jalapeno
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 large can creamed corn
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 lb. ground beef
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain well.

2Mix all other ingredients.

3Put 1/2 ground beef in bottom of 8-inch square baking dish.

4Put 1/2 above mixture over it.

5Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese. Repeat with second layer.

6Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.

7Bake at 350° until cornbread mixture is done.
