- 1 (10 oz.) frozen kernel corn
- 1/4 chopped green pepper
- 1/4 chopped sweet red pepper
- 1/4 chopped celery
- 1/4 c. reduced-calorie soft-style cream cheese
- 1/2 (4 oz.) can (1/4 c.) diced green chili peppers
- 1 Tbsp. skim milk
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, combine corn, green pepper, red pepper, celery and 1/2 cup water.

2Cook about 5 minutes or until corn is tender.

3Drain.

4Stir in cream cheese, chili peppers, milk, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.

5Heat through.
