- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1.31 oz. envelope Sloppy Joe seasoning mix
- 16 oz. can pork and beans
- 8 oz. can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1/3 c. sliced stuffed green olives
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 egg
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Brown ground beef, onion and seasoning mix. Drain.

3Stir in pork and beans.

4Separate crescent dough into two rectangles.

5Place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.

6Press over bottom and 1/2-inch up sides to form crust, sealing perforations.

7Spoon meat mixture over crust.

8Sprinkle with olives.

9Blend sour cream and egg.

10Stir in cheese.

11Spoon over meat (no need to spread). Bake 25 to 30 minutes until crust is golden brown.

12Garnish as desired.
