- 8 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. salsa
- 2 Tbsp. relish (onion or cucumber)
- 1 Tbsp. sour cream
- salt to taste
Directions

1Slice the eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside.

2In a small bowl, mash yolks with cheese, mayonnaise, salsa, relish, sour cream and salt.

3Stuff or pipe into egg whites.

4Refrigerate until serving.
