  • 1 medium can refried beans
  • 1 small can diced green chiles
  • 1 c. sour cream, mixed with 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
  • 2 avocados, mashed or guacamole dip
  • 1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 firm tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 large can black olives, chopped
  • 5 green onions with tops, chopped fine

Directions

    Layer on a dish in the order listed.

    Top with a layer of grated cheese.

    Chill approximately 1 1/2 hours.

    Serve with chips and crackers.
