Ice Cream Cake

  • 2 packets of Malt Biscuits or other plain / uniced biscuits
  • 600ml pouring thickened cream
  • 395g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 large packet of filling (your choice - violet crumble, peppermint crisp, maltesers, cherry ripe etc)

Directions

    1) Mix the cream and condensed milk well (about 5 mins) with an electric beater

    2) Fold in filling

    3) Lay baking paper on a ~20cm x 30cm ceramic/glass dish and lay biscuits down

    4) Pour in mixture

    5) Lay biscuits on top and put in the freezer
