- 2 packets of Malt Biscuits or other plain / uniced biscuits
- 600ml pouring thickened cream
- 395g sweetened condensed milk
- 1 large packet of filling (your choice - violet crumble, peppermint crisp, maltesers, cherry ripe etc)

11) Mix the cream and condensed milk well (about 5 mins) with an electric beater

33) Lay baking paper on a ~20cm x 30cm ceramic/glass dish and lay biscuits down
