- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 bunch spring onions, diced
- jalapeno pepper, sliced
- 1 small can black olives, drained and sliced
- 1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
- tortilla chips
Directions

1Spread softened cream cheese in a thin layer on a platter. Put on a layer of salsa, then sliced jalapeno pepper.

2Add green pepper, onions and tomatoes.

3Add about 3/4 of can of black olives. Top with both cheeses.
