Ingredients

  • 1 large carton sour cream
  • 1 large (8oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 to 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 to 2 chopped green peppers
  • 1 large can or 4 small cans sliced black olives
  • 1 large jar or 2 small jars salsa
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack shredded cheese
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Beat the cream cheese and sour cream together.

    Put on bottom of an 8 x 12-inch baking dish (oval or rectangular), then layer the peppers, tomatoes, olives and salsa.

    Sprinkle cheese on top. It's delicious!!
