- 1 whole chicken
- 1 cup leaves chili
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 onion small, quartered
- 2 inches fresh ginger peeled, and sliced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce or patis
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 green papaya
- 1 cup leaves
Directions

1Clean chicken and cut into serving pieces. Saute garlic, onion, ginger and add the chicken pieces and green papaya.

2Season with fish sauce or kosher salt, continue to cook until chicken and papaya's are tender.

3Add chicken stock and allow to simmer for 30 minutes.

4Turn the heat off and add in the Moringa and chili leaves. Let stand for 10 more minutes. Season to taste.
