Ingredients

  • 2 cans chili with beans
  • 1 large jar salsa (I use hot salsa)
  • 2 green peppers, diced up
  • 1 medium onion, diced up
  • 2 tomatoes, diced up
  • 2 cans sliced olives
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shred up less than 1/2 the head
  • 1 pkg. shredded cheese (orange cheese for color)
  • 1 medium size container sour cream

Directions

    In a medium saucepan, heat on medium-low chili with beans and 1/2 jar of the salsa until it thickens.

    Once that is thickened, pour the contents into a flat, glass dish, either oblong or an old glass pie dish.

    Add other ingredients:

    first sour cream, then sprinkle lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, onion and black olives over the top.
