Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 2 cans jalapeno relish
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
  • green onions
  • black olives

Directions

    Dice onion; brown ground beef and onion and drain.

    Mix in taco seasoning, refried beans, kidney beans, jalapeno relish and green chilies.

    Cook on low for 30 minutes.

    Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

    Slice black olives and green onions on top of cheese.

    Heat until cheese is melted.

    Serve with tomato, lettuce, sour cream and tortilla chips.
