  • 1 romaine lettuce heart, chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 3/4 cup frozen snow peas, thawed and trimmed
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted lightly salted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup light sesame-ginger dressing
  • 8 (1-oz.) mini whole wheat pita rounds, halved

Directions

    Combine chopped lettuce and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with sesame-ginger dressing; toss to combine. Fill each pita half evenly with mixture.
