- 3/4 cup frozen snow peas, thawed and trimmed
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted lightly salted peanuts
- 1/2 cup light sesame-ginger dressing
- 8 (1-oz.) mini whole wheat pita rounds, halved
Directions

1Combine chopped lettuce and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with sesame-ginger dressing; toss to combine. Fill each pita half evenly with mixture.
