  • 16 oz. refried beans
  • 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 4 1/2 oz. ripe olives
  • 2 or 3 plum tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 oz. green chilies, chopped
  • 6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 6 oz. avocado dip (optional)

Directions

    Mix 1/2 package of taco seasoning with refried beans.

    Spread that in a 2-quart oblong casserole dish.

    Layer rest of ingredients, ending with cheese.

    Bake in a 350° oven for approximately 20 minutes until warm and melted.

    Serve with nacho chips.
