  • 1 can refried beans
  • 4 large avocados, mashed
  • 1 large carton sour cream
  • 1 pkg. dry Lawry's taco mix
  • 3 or 4 green onions, chopped (tops too)
  • 1 can chopped black olives (sliced makes it pretty)
  • grated Longhorn cheese

Directions

    Spread refried beans on platter.

    Spread avocados over bean layer.
  3. 3
    Mix sour cream and taco mix together.
  4. 4
    Spread over beans and avocados, covering completely.

    Sprinkle grated cheese, onions and olives over top.

    Chill at least one hour.

    Serve with taco chips.
