- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning
- 1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
- 1 can Old El Paso mild Ro-Tel sauce
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Brown hamburger; drain off grease.

2Add taco seasoning and water.

3Simmer about 10 to 15 minutes.

4Put in crock-pot; cut up Velveeta cheese and add to crock-pot.

5Then stir in Ro-Tel sauce. Heat on low until cheese is all melted.

6Keep hot in crock-pot and serve with tortilla chips.
