  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack with jalapenos cheese
  • 16 oz. Mexican Velveeta cheese
  • 2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 3 cans Ro-Tel diced tomatoes

Directions

    In large pan, pour tomatoes.

    Slice chunks of cheese and add to tomatoes.

    Melt the cheese.

    Add ground beef.

    Heat well. Serve with tortilla chips.
