  • 30 oz. can refried beans, regular or spiced
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 large avocado, mashed
  • 8 oz. carton sour cream
  • 7 oz. can chopped green chilies
  • 1 bunch green onion and tops, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can black ripe olives, sliced
  • 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Spread refried beans on a pizza pan or 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.

    Mix avocado and sour cream.

    Spread over top.

    Layer remaining ingredients in order given.

    Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.

    Refrigerate.
