  • 1 small can refried beans
  • 3/4 lb. ground beef or turkey, browned and drained
  • 12 chopped green onions
  • 3/4 can green chilies
  • 6 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 oz. Monterey cheese
  • 1/2 c. mild picante sauce

    In an 8 x 8-inch pan, layer each ingredient in above order. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 with nacho chips.
