  • 1 lb. sausage (hot)
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 can Ro-Tel green chiles
  • 1 pkg. Velveeta cheese (small pkg. Mexican)

    Saute sausage and onion.

    Melt cheese.

    Mix together all ingredients.

    Let sit overnight in refrigerator. Serve at room temperature with tortilla chips.
