Mexican Egg Bake

  • 1 package (8 Oz. Package) Crescent Rolls
  • 2 cups Mexican Shredded Cheese
  • 1 pound Bulk Breakfast Sausage
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1/4 cups Milk
  • 1/2 envelopes (1 Oz. Packet) McCormick Chili Seasoning

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    Brown sausage with chili seasoning.

    Whisk together eggs and milk in small bowl.

    Grease the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish (I like to drizzle a bit of corn meal in the bottom of the pan). Unroll crescents into baking dish and close perforations.

    Layer evenly on rolls:

    1 cup cheese

    sausage
  8. 8
    egg mixture
  9. 9
    remaining cheese

    Bake until golden. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.

    Serve with sour cream and salsa.
