- 1 package (8 Oz. Package) Crescent Rolls
- 2 cups Mexican Shredded Cheese
- 1 pound Bulk Breakfast Sausage
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 1/2 envelopes (1 Oz. Packet) McCormick Chili Seasoning
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2Brown sausage with chili seasoning.

3Whisk together eggs and milk in small bowl.

4Grease the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish (I like to drizzle a bit of corn meal in the bottom of the pan). Unroll crescents into baking dish and close perforations.

5Layer evenly on rolls:

9remaining cheese

10Bake until golden. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.

11Serve with sour cream and salsa.
