  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1-1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 3 cups A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce, divided
  • 24 each kaiser rolls, split, toasted
  • 1-1/2 qt. shredded iceburg lettuce
  • 1-1/2 cups tzatziki cucumber sauce
  • 8 each tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
  • 48 each red onions, sliced, separated into rings
  • 1/2 cup fresh oregano, chopped

Directions

    For each serving: Season 1 lamb patty with salt and pepper.

    Grill on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.

    on each side or to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness, topping with 1 Tbsp.
