  • 6 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. sour cream
  • green peppers
  • onions
  • sausage
  • picante sauce
  • Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Directions

    Beat eggs and sour cream together.

    Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350° until firm (about 10 minutes).

    Chop and cook green peppers, onions and sausage until done.

    Pour picante sauce over eggs, then add green pepper-sausage mixture. Grate cheeses over eggs.

    Put back into oven until cheeses are melted.
