- 1 pkg. eggroll wrappers
- 1 jar sliced jalapenos
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Cut your cheese in blocks, of approximately 1 x 3 inches.

2Put 2 slices of jalapenos on the cheese side by side.

3Fold eggroll wrapper around it and when you get to the last corner, seal it with a small amount of water along the edge.

4Drop into a heated deep fryer and cook until golden brown.

5(Do not overcook as the cheese will run out into the deep fryer.)

6You may top these with salsa or a topping of your choice.
