- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 chipotle chile in adobo, one chile, not all, minced, plus
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce, from can
- 34 cup water
Directions

1Heat oil over medium.

2Add flour and cook, whisking until smooth.

3Add broth, chili powder, cumin, chipotle and adobo sauce, and water.

4Bring to a boil, whisking constantly.

5Reduce heat, and simmer until lightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
