  • 3 or 4 lbs. hamburger meat, browned
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • 2 cans enchilada sauce
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 15 to 18 tortillas or chips
  • grated cheese, Monterey Jack or cheddar

Directions

    Mix meat, soups, enchilada sauce, onion and spices.

    Layer in a large baking dish with tortillas or chips.

    Cover with cheese. Bake at 400° about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
