- 3 whole Ears Of Corn
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Finely Diced
- 1 whole Tomato, Diced
- 2 whole Green Onions (White And Green Parts), Chopped
- 1/4 cups Chopped Cilantro
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Tortilla Chips, To Serve

1Preheat indoor or outdoor grill to high heat.

2Shuck corn.

3Place on the hot grill until nice and toasty, turning as needed.

4Remove corn and let cool.

5While corn is cooling, you can chop the remaining veggies and place into a large bowl.

6Once corn is cool enough to handle, cut the corn off the cob.

7Once kernels are removed, run the back of your knife down the husk to remove the bottom parts of the corn.

8Stir corn into the bowl with the other ingredients and season with salt and pepper.

9Serve with corn chips.
