Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. minced onions
  • 3 Tbsp. green chilies, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • sliced ripe or green olives
  • pineapple tidbits
  • sliced water chestnuts
  • sliced mushrooms

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients, except cheese; mix well.

    Form 1-inch balls.

    Stuff each with either the olives, pineapple, water chestnuts or mushrooms.

    Coat the balls with Parmesan cheese. Place them on a baking tray; bake at 425° for 10 to 15 minutes. May be frozen before baking.
