- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
- 2 c. confectioners sugar
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix together eggs, baking soda and pineapple.

2Add flour, sugar and nuts. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.

3Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

4Cook until done on 250°.
