  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in own juice; DO NOT DRAIN)
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. powdered sugar

    Combine the first 6 ingredients; mix well and pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
