  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. nuts (pecans)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Mix first 6 ingredients by hand.

    Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Turn down oven to 300° and continue baking 20 to 25 minutes.
