  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 2 c. sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a wooden spoon. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until cake tests done. Makes 8 to 12 servings.
