  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. broken walnuts or pecans
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, juice and all

Directions

    Put all ingredients in one bowl and stir until just mixed. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
