- 1 lb haddock fillet
- vegetable oil cooking spray
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (regular or lite)
- 2 tablespoons monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Coat each filet with with cooking spray.

2Place fish in a baking dish.

3Mix remaining ingredients until well blended and spread over fish.

4Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Fish is done when it flakes when tested with a fork.
