  • 2 cans yellow hominy, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
  • 1 c. crushed corn chips

Directions

    Saute the onion in oleo.

    Mix all ingredients and put in a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish. Cover with chips and cook at 350° until it bubbles, about 30 minutes.
