- 2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- salt to taste
- 2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped fine
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
