  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans
  • tomatoes
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown beef and onion; drain. Add taco seasoning. Line large casserole dish with tortillas. Layer beans, meat, salsa and cheese; repeat. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve with sour cream and tomatoes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
