- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
- 1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
- 6 large flour tortillas, halved
- 2 c. or 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2In large skillet, brown ground beef.

3Add onions; drain fat.

4Stir in refried beans, tomato sauce, green chilies and taco seasoning.

5Layer 1/2 tortillas on bottom of 11 x 7-inch baking dish.

6Spread 1/2 meat mixture; sprinkle with 1/2 cheese.

7Repeat layers.

8Bake for 30 minutes.

9Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
