- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sliced black olives
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies
- 12 flour tortillas
- 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 c. Colby cheese
Directions

1In a large skillet, brown beef, onion and garlic.

2Drain fat. In another large pan, mix the milk, olives, chilies, sauce and soup and bring to a boil.
