- 1 tsp. each: chili powder and ground cumin
- 10 corn tortillas (6-inch), divided
- 3 c. (24 oz.) small curd cottage cheese
- 1 c. (4 oz.) natural shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown meat, onion and green pepper in large skillet on medium heat; drain.

3Layer 1/3 of meat sauce, 1/2 of the tortillas and 1/2 of cottage cheese in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
