Broccoli-Grape Salad

  • 4 cups Coarsely Chopped Fresh Broccoli Florets
  • 2 cups Halved Red Seedless Grapes
  • 2 cups Halved Green Seedless Grapes
  • 4 whole Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
  • 6 strips Bacon, Cooked Crisp And Chopped
  • 1/4 cups (rounded) Low Fat Or Regular Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups (rounded) Low Fat Or Regular Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 cup Lightly Salted Peanuts

Directions

    For the salad, combine the chopped broccoli, red grapes, green grapes, green onions and chopped bacon in a large bowl. Stir to mix.

    For the dressing, in a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, sugar and cider vinegar. Whisk until combined and smooth.

    Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and stir to coat. Cover with a sheet of plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

    Just before serving, add the peanuts and toss to combine.
