  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. sliced olives
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 4 flour tortillas (7 to 8-inch)
  • sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • shredded lettuce
  • chopped tomato

Directions

    Crumble ground beef in 2-quart casserole; add green pepper. Mix in soup mix, chili powder, tomato sauce, tomato paste, olives and water.

    Heat through.

    Place 2 tortillas in 12 x 7-inch baking dish.

    Top with 1/2 meat mixture and half of both cheeses. Repeat.

    Microwave 5 minutes; rotate and microwave another 5 minutes until cheese melts.

    Top with shredded lettuce, sour cream and tomato.
