- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (12 oz.) jar salsa
- 6 tostadas
- 1 c. refried beans
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- shredded lettuce (for garnish)
Directions

1In skillet, brown ground beef; drain.

2Stir in 1/2 cup salsa. Spread 1/4 cup salsa in a 10-inch pie plate.

3Top with 3 tostadas. Top with 1/2 of each of the beans, meat mixture, sour cream and cheese.

4Repeat layers; cover with foil.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Top with lettuce, remaining salsa and additional sour cream.

7Makes 6 to 8 servings.
