  • 1 can Brooks tomatoes with onions
  • chili powder to taste
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • flour tortillas
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 pkg. shredded Colby cheese
  • salsa
