  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese

  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 10 corn tortilla
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, mixed together
