- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 c. diced canned tomatoes
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can whole green chilies, chopped
- 8 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 12 to 15 corn tortillas (flour can be substituted)
- 10 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Directions

1Brown and drain meat.

2Cook meat, seasoned salt, taco seasoning, tomatoes, tomato sauce and chilies.

3Cook for 10 minutes.

4Mix Ricotta cheese, Monterey jack cheese and eggs; set aside.

5Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan as follows: 1/3 meat, tortillas (one layer, cut to fit) and 1/3 Ricotta mixture.

6Repeat 2 more times.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until hot.
