  • 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
  • 1/4 None red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 None tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 None avocado
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 4 None tortillas, cut into wedges

Directions

    Combine refried beans, taco seasoning mix and onion in a medium bowl.

    Divide bean mixture among 4 containers. Sprinkle with lettuce and tomato. Spoon salsa evenly over each.

    Mash avocado with lemon juice in a small bowl. Spread over dips. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with lid and refrigerate.

    Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange tortilla wedges in a single layer on a foil-lined baking pan. Spray with no stick cooking spray. Bake 2-3 mins, until light golden. Cool. Serve with dip.
